For the sixth year in a row TCCS participated at Syracuse’s largest food festival known as the Taste of Syracuse during the first weekend of June.
TCCS volunteers served Turkish gyro called “doner” and offered different salty and sweet treats from Turkish cuisine. Approximately 250.000 people visited Taste of Syracuse this year and couple of tens of thousands visited TCCS’s stands and tasted different samples offered.
Besides food samples, TCCS also had different printed materials that present Turkey, Turkish culture as well as mission and activities of TCCS.
