Our January cooking class at TCCQ was once again, a most enjoyable class. Lots of new faces and delicious things made. The menu this month was; Meat Patties Stuffed with Mashed Potato, Pilaf with Orzo and Rolled Baklava. Guest participation was wonderful with lots of “hands on” help from the attendees. Our next session is on February 11th. and is fully booked…. the next available class is March 11th. and it is almost booked out already so please register soon to avoid disappointment..
