In March 2015 Cooking Class we introduced Rose Borek, Mosaic Cake and Lentil Balls. We also had visitors who did not attend class but enjoyed the food prepared in the class/
TCCSI is not a Turkish restaurant but our instructors are Turkish Kitchen experts. Students always have a chance to ask, learn and see from Turkish chefs.
