TCCLI INTERFAITH IFTAR PROGRAM

In Muslim Faith Iftar is known to bring people together in peace and harmony in a friendly atmosphere. Iftar dinner tables are ways to bring together people from different faith with different backgrounds. Pursuing this goal, Turkish Cultural Center Long Island and the Abrahams Table of Long Island jointly organized an iftar dinner that brought together many guests from all over long island.

The program started with a short introductory video about Turkey and continued with another video that talks about Ramadan and its importance to Muslims around the world. Representatives from both organizations gave a small talk about friendship.
