The President Mr. Cemal Gursel demanded a team of 26 mechanics to develop for him the 1st domestically manufactured automobile in Turkey.
Main characters are the idealist engineers of the State Railroad Directorate, who undertook the almost impossible task of designing and building of a automobile from scratch only in 130 calendar days to be ready in time for the nations huge celebration at the Republic Day.
