Manti is a popular Turkish food made up of tiny pieces of dough that can be filled with anything, but usually either meat, pumpkin, potato, or feta cheese. Many countries including Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, China, and Italy have their own variation of this dish, the common thread being that in every country manti symbolizes people getting together to make food. In Turkey, it is even claimed that manti facilities and strengthens relations among people!
