altOn Friday night, we shared a cultural delicacy with our guests, Noah’s Pudding. It was a celebration of a tradition passed down by Noah and a night of friendship and dialogue for all. A presentation about Noah’s Pudding was held which explained the history and importance of Noah’s Pudding to the Turkish people. The guests were also able to see photos of a Turkish family preparing Noah’s Pudding while also listening to how it is made.

The night ended with the guests agreeing that like the different ingredients of Noah’s pudding, people can also come together to form something sweet.
