The first Cooking Class of the season have started with seven students at the TCCR on October 6, 2015 by the members of the Women Council.
The Menu of the Course were;
1)A specialty of Black Sea Region called Tirit, Bread soaked in gravy
2)Lentil Soup, 3)Finger Desert, 4)Lime Beans Salad
And the homework was to eat it at the end of the Course
