91Coffee and Manti Night was another joyful traditional event hosted by Turkish Cultural Center hosting distingueshed guests  Syracuse mayor Stephanie Miner and NY Assemblymen William Magnarelli. The night started with a video presentation of the events and activities held throughout the year. After the presentation , Turkish famous dish "Manti" was served fresh. A team of  more than 10 cooking club members took part in preparing and serving.  Guests enjoyed Turkish Coffee in specially designed small coffee cups. NY Assemblyman William Magnarelli in his speech emphasized the great work  done by the club and asked guest to give a big applause to the cooking club. The program continued with Mr.Hadzic's presentation about cultural values and historic places of Turkey. The program aimed to improve understanding between cultures. In her closing statement, mayor Stephanie Miner stated that even though TCC  is a new institution in Syracuse , it is impressive to see them hosting all these events and welcoming Syracuse community .

w7Syracuse Turkish Cultural Center Ladies Night II of 2009 was held on December 5 . Friends gathered for a night filled with pleasant talk and delicious food from Turkish cuisine. We had another wonderful ladies night at the Syracuse Turkish Cultural Center hosting more than 30 people. We started the night with Turkish food, and music. The night continued with mingling and a competitive but very fun ice breaker game.
