Turkish Cultural Center Syracuse hosted a Noah's Pudding Party together with its second Turkey Trip information session on the 26th of January, 2012. The event attracted a lot of attention from local community and almost thirty guest attended. The program started with light refreshments after which a short presentation about Noah's Pudding and its history was given.
The guests had a chance to try to Noah's Pudding made from different recipes and were surprised with the unique taste that such an original mix of ingredients can produce. In the remaining part of the program the guests watched a informational video about Turkey and listened to a short presentation about the Turkey Trip Grant Program which attracted a lot of interest. They were pleasantly surprised that this unique trip involves visiting a lot of different historical and cultural sites, but most importantly that it creates and promotes understanding and a sense of friendship and tolerance between Turkish and American people. At the end the guests enjoyed in meeting the members of TCC and other guest and chatting while sipping Turkish tea and enjoying the Noah's Pudding and Turkish delights.
