The Turkish Coffee Night on October 21^st highlighted the Aegean region of Turkey. Aegean cuisine was enjoyed along with Turkish coffee. A slide-show presentation informed regular Turkish coffee night attendants of the importance,

history, and pictures of the Aegean region. There were many different dishes to enjoy including various salads, stuffed grape leaves, butternut squash desserts, and zucchini fritters just to name a few. Turkish coffee was served in traditional hand-made Turkish coffee cups.
