cookingclub8Everyone at the last cooking club night enjoyed a Turkish salad and Turkish stew. The salad included fresh greens, and the Turkish stew included ground beef, carrots, and potatoes. Once again, people were chopping, cutting and peeling in order to enjoy the meals!!

coking_club_april1Baklava! Baklava! Baklava! Everyone had their sleeves rolled up rolling dough. The cooking club night on April 9th was fun and relaxing. Traditional baklava was made from homemade dough. The rolled out dough was filled with chopped walnuts.
