April23Turkish Cultural Center and Nazareth College is co-organizing the 1st annual International Children’s Festival at Nazareth College on Friday, April 23rd 2010 at the Shultz Center of Nazareth College.

The purpose of this event is to promote and celebrate the differences among cultures while addressing the commonalities. April 23rd has being celebrated for more than 75 years in Turkiye with the presence of children from all around the world. As Turkish Cultural Center and Nazareth College, we would like to keep this tradition here in our beautiful city Rochester with the support of your active participation. The event will start at 6:00 p.m. and end at 8:30 p.m. Each culture and country will be given 10-15 minutes to perform. Additionally, there will be video-presentations about the countries and cultures represented in the event. Your presence is very important to us and will empower us to be more active in our society to promote friendship and dialogue.
