The Turkish Cultural Center organized a trip to Turkey for Stuyvesant High school teachers in the summer of 2009. On Tuesday August 28, Attendees of this trip got together for a reunion dinner at Michael Waxman’s house in Long Island. All the guests have brought their Turkey pictures and shared it with their friends. Director of Turkish Studies Department Emre Puskulluoglu said “it was an unforgettable evening and everyone enjoyed it so much especially the turkish coffee that was served to us made this evening so special for our friends”.
