IMG_21991Turkish Cultural Center Albany brought Turkish Community members together to celebrate the Festival of Sacrifice (Eid al Adha) at their center on Sunday, November 6th.

During the celebration of Eid al-Adha, Muslims commemorate and remember Abraham's trials, by themselves slaughtering an animal such as a sheep, camel, or goat.

Turkish and Bosnian Communities in the Capital Region celebrated April 23, the Turkish National Sovereignty and Children’s Day

Turkish and Bosnian children enjoyed the event organized by the Turkish Cultural Center Albany at the Bosnian Community Center on April 30. Program started with poetry and prose readings by the Turkish Cultural Center Albany weekend school students.
